Event Description:
The HYPE ICONS: Young Professionals Awards recognizes young professionals aged 40 and under who are making the Richmond region a better place to live, as well as companies excelling in fostering a young professionals culture. This celebration will bring together young professionals (YPs) and business leaders from all around Richmond to honor the finalists and celebrate the winners.

We invite you to recognize outstanding young professionals and organizations in our community by nominating them for one of the following categories:
Nomination Categories:
Community Champion: Recognizes a young professional who has made significant contributions to the community through service and leadership. Nominate here
Maverick Mentorship: Honors a young professional who has demonstrated exceptional mentorship, guiding and inspiring others in their career or personal growth. Nominate here
Trailblazing Trendsetter : Celebrates a young professional who is leading innovation and setting new trends within their industry. Nominate here
Young Professional of the Year: Acknowledges an outstanding young professional who has shown excellence in their field and leadership in the community. Nominate here
Nonprofit of the Year: Recognizes a nonprofit organization that has made a significant impact in the community through their mission and work. Nominate here
Small Business of the Year : Celebrates a small business that has demonstrated excellence, innovation, and community involvement. Nominate here
Large Business of the Year : Honors a large business that has made substantial contributions to the community and has shown leadership in their industry. Nominate here
Timing & Schedule of Events:
5:00 pm: Finalists & VIP reception
6:00 pm: Doors & registration open
7:00-8:00 pm: Program & Awards
8:00-10:00 pm: Mix and mingle with the region's YPs and celebrate the winners of the night!
Address & Parking:
Location: 6 N Laurel Street, Richmond, VA
Parking: Available for purchase at the West Main Street deck directly across from the theater. Limited street parking is also available.
Dress Code + Weather:
Dress Code: Business casual, but it's suggested to dress to impress within that category.
