Event Description:
The key strategic component for any business is the quality of its workforce. The Hanover Business Council will recognize one small (1-149 employees) and one large (150+ employees) organization positively impacting Hanover County and exemplifying excellence in workforce development with the Marc Weiss Hanover Workforce Awards.
Keynote speaker Sara Dunnigan, Executive Director of Virginia's Workforce Development Board, will address attendees on the state of workforce development and highlight both opportunities and challenges facing the Commonwealth.
