Session #2 -The Balancing Act Work-life balance is not a new concept. And, employers have taken huge steps to support it for their people. Yet even with things like flexible work hours and ample vacation time, burnout is still an issue. For many of us, it feels harder now than ever, and we’re asking ourselves, “Will I ever get there?”
In this session, we’ll share mindsets and habits to help you take a more balanced view of balance. Spoiler alert. It starts with us. We have to determine the places where we want to invest more time and energy, so we feel confident saying yes, comfortable saying no, and understand the tradeoffs we’re making in the process.
