At a time of rapid change in intercollegiate athletics\, Coach Roussell has demonstrated consistent leadership\, loyalty\, and a deep commitment to excellence. Together\, they'll explore the pillars of sustained success and what it takes to thrive in today's competitive landscape.\n\n \n\nAaron Roussell earned his second straight Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year award in 2025\, following a season in which the Richmond Spiders advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament for the first time in program history.
