Come along with us on a journey of discovery, demystifying the mindfulness buzz, providing a practical guide to what it's about and how you can benefit. Guiding our trek will be long-time RVA business and entrepreneurship leader Dorothy Erlanger.
From both a business leadership perspsective and as a (very) late-blooming Ironman® triathlete, Dorothy long recognized that success is more about where your head is, rather than what you know. Over time this led her to mindfulness meditation and a deep-dive into the practices, what it's about and how companies, as well as individuals, are reaping the benefits.
As a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, she helps groups and companies improve leadership, productivity and team performance via mindfulness initiatives.
